Mark R. Tiller, CPA

Mark is the Managing Partner of Tiller and Company, PC, a full-service CPA firm with offices in Baytown and San Augustine, Texas. After earning his accounting degree from Texas A&M University, Mark began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked on oil and gas audit teams across Texas and Louisiana. He later joined his father, the late Jeff Tiller, CPA, at Tiller and Company. 

Under Mark’s leadership, Tiller and Company has grown into a trusted resource for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. The firm provides comprehensive tax, audit, and consulting services, with a particular focus on complex transactions, entity structuring, and multigenerational planning. Mark’s deep technical expertise and strategic insight make him a valued advisor for clients navigating sophisticated transactions. 

Matthew White joined Tiller and Company in 1993, and True North Private Wealth Partners maintains an office inside the Baytown location of Tiller and Company, reflecting a long-standing partnership built on shared values and client-centered service.
